Ordered a whole chicken online and that was not fresh somebody else didn't take their order and they heat it up and give it to me that's bad I'm not gonna buy from them again

I've visited Chicken Select on Ealing Road Alperton several times since discovering it a couple of months ago. It stands out on this road as it's frontage is very clean, unlike the majority in the neighborhood. I'm a fan of Peppe's piri piri outlets but sadly quality seems to vary greatly across their franchises. I will make a purposeful trip to Rickmansworth for a Peppe's as theirs seems the most consistent and reliable. I would compare this branch of Select Chicken to the former as their food has been consistently good in that it always appears fresh, succulent and hot. The fries have never been limp or cold either. The staff can seem very aloof or wary for some reason, perhaps I'm the only white male customer they see!? I'm not with the inland revenue so please relax. Joking aside the food is great and I highly recommend it if your in the area. No horribly nasty tasting oil on the chips and the chicken is better than KFC both in terms of flavour and quality. It's a winner !

Disgusting food. So cheap ingredients. They even don’t know what is pepperoni and they called that the cheapest mortadella what they placed on American pizza. Just boiled not fried chicken still red inside and smells horribly. The garlic bread tasted old used oil. Waste of money. I have to binned all order. Think twice before order it.

So i ordered from these guys and they go by the name selekt but there actually chicken cottage this one is in kentish town i got a wrap with one piece of chicken inside stale and hard as rock and i got a piece of chicken burnt and stale like its been there for a week when i called them and told them they said hold on then locked off on me i called them over 30 times and they didn't pick up once thats a joke seriously i cannot believe a halal place can rip off there customers like this please I advise people for there health and wellbeing DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!!!

The selekt chicken in West Ealing has to be the worst in terms of hygiene. Very lazy staff. They cannot be bothered. They don't wash their hands, the place is filthy. They make you wait for your order for a long time. The worst part is that they don't serve you fresh food, they re use food meant for disposal meaning the bin and serve that to the customers to cut corners. It is a serious cause for concern in this covid 19 climate.
