Even with Covd-19 procedure in place it's still good to chill here for a coffee break! You have to take away, but some of the same friendly staff are still there, you just have go out into the Street again. No inside seating.\\nAll re-opened normally again. So I pop in often. I'm not sure what I will do when the new price rises come in.

Every free table there was had used cups on, the breakfast burrito I ordered and asked to be heated was ice cold in the center and for its price it could have at least been warm as it tasted awful. Maybe passable in a rush but would recommend almost any other coffee shop nearby.

Although I have written many times, there is no improvement, I usually drink daily. but the coffee I drank the day before is different from the other day. they can't keep the consistency, they need to enter the test as soon as possible.

They need to keep more top of the cleaning of tables. I know they are busy but they need to employ more staff so thst there is always table for other customers

You know its a good costa when the queue is usually near the exit.\\nFrustrating that they do nothing about the bold as brass thieves but so happy they have added the codes to the rest rooms but have seen them hand the codes to non customers.\\nDrinks are always spot on but my fave staff have left.

Nice Cappuccino!!! Great place, clean and safe. Staff very friendly and always smiley girls. Always make me feel welcome. Nice panini and pastries. Always satisfied with my breakfast! Highly recommended!!!

I just paid for medium size Frostino and the guy couldn’t bother to wait few more seconds to blend my drink properly!! How am I supposed to drink this when it’s full with chunks of ice because of which I can’t even use the straw?!?! And on top of that when I tried to drink straight from the cup a found a big pieces of ice!!! I’m so disappointed that I can’t even get any sort of compensation. I’m definitely not risking my drink to be ruined again from this branch.

I am regularly customer Wood green Costa over a 10 years now. But today first time ever, I did not enjoy my coffee over there. That place was completely filty. All the chairs, which are made of fabric, were filty. You could see stains all over them. Floor and tables were also very dirty. I felt very sick really. Normally it was my favourite place to chill out with my friends. Please, sort this place out.
Always great place to catch up and lovely service!! Only downfall is that it’s soo busy that you can never find seats!!! Expansion required 😂😂😂 but other than that I would recommend!

They never seem to give your drink in the customer order it is placed. Which is really annoying. Why does customer ordering after me get theres before me? When mine is sat there ready to be poured and given to me? They need to improve their process of how they do this.
