I have had dinner at Rouge lots of times and every time the meals have been great.The menu is prepared and made by the students at the college. You are served by students who are studying front of house roles overseen by Donna the manager. It's amazing, made by chefs and students! It's interesting, because this is my first time hearing this and seeing this! It has healthy, Great food. If anything is wrong, give them a chance, they are practicing to become chefs or restaurant Waiter/bar person! ?
