I am giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0 star. Horrible. I went to the post office a few minutes before 4pm, since it suppose to close at 5pm, but it was closed already, only because the staff wanted to close it earlier. They have no respect and closed it the time they want. Terrible service. More people were there waiting for the post office service, but the staff didn't care and left us without any reason. So disrespectful.

Its the closest post office to me but I never go there as the staff are incredibly rude and the opening hours are suggestions at best. Dont waste your time, go to a different branch.

I hate this branch being my local post office because they have such a ridiculous and customer-unfriendly system. Hope soon they reopen the branch at Wood Green Shopping Centre. I went to pick up a letter this morning because they sent an email stating that I could pick it up on September 12th. Man at the counter told me that they couldn’t deliver it right now and suggested I come back at some point during the day. I explained that I can’t come to check as I work during the day and that I already came during working hours. Then he said, “Try coming in the evening,” so I left work early and arrived at 17:18. When I entered, the woman at the counter told me they had already closed. I mentioned that the website stated a closing time of 17:30, to which she responded, “Yes, I know, but the actual closing time is 17:00, and I can’t help you.” I told her they needed to correct that information, and I came all the way here based on their incorrect closing time on Google. Despite them being at fault, she said there was nothing she could do, and she told me it was too late and asked me to leave. Their irresponsibility today cost me 4 working hours. I hope nobody ever has to go to this branch. Terrible service. The clerks at the counter are very rude and unhelpful.

They close at 4:30pm, not 5:30 pm as advertised. Huge queues at all hours of the day - I gave up trying to collect my parcel on my lunchbreak as it was taking too long. But the man on the till in the shop was nice!

I went to this post office to post something urgent and when I got there (in the middle of the day) they told me the counter was closing for fifteen minutes and wouldn’t let me queue, even though they were serving other people. No point to claiming to be a post office open during lunchtime if they can’t provide a service at the busiest time of day

Have only used this branch a handful of times in the last few weeks, and every time there has been an issue.First, I posted a piece of premium jewellery to a buyer on eBay which has been sitting in transit for four weeks and looks like it has not left the branch as per tracking information. Have tried to call the branch a number of times but they do not answer the phone. The buyer has now been refunded via my account which means I am at a double loss as I have lost the money from the sale price as well as the item itself.Secondly, I had a parcel delivered to this branch and I went at 12 pm to collect it yesterday as it had said it had been delivered and signed for. Upon arrival, I noticed a huge makeshift cardboard sign blocking the windows which read “staff are sick” and that the post office counters were closed for the day. The staff member at the convenience till just shrugged and repeated the message on the sign.I have tried to call again this morning to check the status of the post office counter but, of course, they are not answering.A sham of a service and an embarrassment to the Royal Mail.

bad service on Google it says it closes at 5:30 pm but if you arrive after 4pm there is no service and the staff is very rude.
We got a misunderstanding due to their fault. The closing time in Google says 17:30 but they close at 16:00. I tried to go within the closing time they indicate and I didn't get assistance because they said it was closed. I just want to ask you kindly update the opening and closing times to avoid any inconvenience not only to me but to the rest of the customers.

absolutely disgusting members of staff. Ignored me while they spoke about phone contracts bI asked if they do DBS checks and they said no as I stated they do because it says so online - that’s when they decided do their job. Disgusting staff honestly - I don’t even like to leave reviews but they practically refused to serve me.

This post office used to be okay but has gone downhill. The staff have never been rude to me. However, it’s understaffed, closes at random times, and often has a massive line. I dread going there and no longer order parcels for collection.
