Its the closest post office to me but I never go there as the staff are incredibly rude and the opening hours are suggestions at best. Dont waste your time, go to a different branch.
I hate this branch being my local post office because they have such a ridiculous and customer-unfriendly system. Hope soon they reopen the branch at Wood Green Shopping Centre. I went to pick up a letter this morning because they sent an email stating that I could pick it up on September 12th. Man at the counter told me that they couldn’t deliver it right now and suggested I come back at some point during the day. I am giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0 star. Horrible. I went to the post office a few minutes before 4pm, since it suppose to close at 5pm, but it was closed already, only because the staff wanted to close it earlier. They have no respect and closed it the time they want. Terrible service. More people were there waiting for the post office service, but the staff didn't care and left us without any reason. So disrespectful.
