They don’t stick with ingredients on the menu and go by whatever is left in stock, when you question what’s going on or try to discuss the problem they shout at you that they are the manager and I should not complain or even have a say. Took them 15 mins to make two shakes.
They literally threw 4 Ferrero Rochers in a jug full of ice cream and made 3/4 servings out of it. Even my 8 yrs old said it was the "worse milkshake ever".

Yes. It’s expensive. Yes. It’s slow. Yes. They need more than one staff member at one time.
However:
You’re paying for quality ingredients. And if you’re lactose intolerance it’s your only choice for milkshakes. Can’t get that at Tinseltown.
It’s slow because there are many ingredients and also the fruit etc is freshly prepared for each order.
The shop is not usually busy so it’s a waste of staff to have so many working at one time. They know it’s slow. They aren’t going that slow by choice. It takes time to make such delicious milkshakes.
These are delicious and amazing and fantastic milkshakes. The staff are lovely. The ingredients are varied and fresh. I highly recommend this location. I think it’s absolutely brilliant.
This place would be great if the staff were nicer. Also, please provide thicker straws! Good luck if you add nuts to your milkshake...
