Most depressing costa. Staff is miserable and does not want to be there. Coffee is lukewarm but also depends who make it. ALWAYS something happening either theft or someone disrupting.

Food could do with more healthy choices not that I normally eat healthy it's easier to pretend I'm dieting with a healthy salad, service is hit and miss depending on the shop you use, brilliant place to sit and have coffee and cake ?Vegetarian options: Has a small selection of vegetarian stuff, needs more to suit all people with allergies e.g eggKid-friendliness: Very friendly highchairs available and kids love a babychinoWheelchair accessibility: Most are ground level

Having not used Costa since November was left not wanting to go back,tables were dirty,no cakes and no staff,think I will stick to independent coffee shops,may cost more but at least they have choice and staff who care,,,

I just want to say a massive thank you to two colleagues who helped me keep a drunk gentleman inside and warm until he went home safely. It was just on 5 mins before closing time a worker who had black beard and glasses and another with blonde hair. This was today 26/12/22 around 17:55pm

Went here yesterday for sit down drink with my son. When I visited the toilet the stench was incredibly bad - stale urine. The toilet cubicle was filthy. Avoid if possible!

Although the hot chocolate was good it’s the second time this week I’ve been and they’ve not had a particular syrup . The service was good though. Drinks could be hotter

Nice, clean and capacious. Service is standard, however the food and drink prices are beyond reasonable/astronomical.Toilet facility is nice and clean.Atmosphere is warm and relaxing.
