They apologised however sent Pizza back and they said they would do a new one, with specified loaded crust. They sent the second one worst than the first. It was really flat with crispy edges they insisted as I complained they did it again adding more cheese as was the specification. It was completely inedible so asked for money back. They kept offering to defer till next order. After some back and forth with worker pretending to be manager then telling me she will get the manager. Finally got my money refunded. Will not purchase from there again.

Very poor quality pizza and the price is too high, I been there today I paid my bill then later manager said didn’t gone true he asked me to pay again , same time I checked my account I saw I paid, anyway I paid again and manager said if it doubled charge I will call you , finely I arrived home with pizza then he called me to come back I have to return you as I charged you double , the poorest customer service I had in my life .

I have ordered twice from them via their app. Food was hot, on time and no mistakes. In fact I made a mistake with the crust so I called them up right after I ordered and they changed it asap. I recommend this branch.

Rude and absolutely racist manager, worst experience of my life. All because I brought back an under cooked pizza. They called police as they refused to give their name as I was going to complain. Stay far away from this disgusting shop. They even had the cheek to give me back the pizza from the bin, all I wanted to do was take a photo so I could send it to head office. They refused to change it so had to buy another pizza. Just to prove I wasn’t desperate for free food, I thought they’d have at least apologise or offer sort of compensation at least, instead of insulting and making me feel embarrassed infront of other customers. Very poor especially from a manager too.
Food was good. Not the best may be the item i ordered was not the best but i liked the food. Service was excellent.Kid-friendliness: The store is kid friendly

We visited Penge store after a night out, we thought we were paying full price until the staff informed us of the pick up deal which was great. The lady serving was kind and friendly and we received our order only realising it was closing when we checked the time on the door. We weren’t rushed at all. The pizza tasted amazing. No complaints from me.Vegetarian options: Their headliners were vegetarian when we visited.
