Dirty tables staffs to busy talking, wanted to sit in couldn't find anywhere clean to sit (every table was filthy)

Entrance door was really stiff seems like it needed repairing, not much wait as the self services was available to use, ordered buket for one, waiting time was good, staff seemed stressed and unhappy, food quality was not nice as it had no taste, order was to eat in but got given a take away bag instead, the chips portion was very little and the chicken had no taste to it, restuarant atmosphere was unplesent, i would definitely recommend bromley branch however would not be using penge again

Smallest chicken wings in your life.Asked for 3 pc chicken wings, and these are the smallest we have ever seen. Definitely wasting your money here. Better off going to the local chicken shop. Sad times when they've reduced the sizes on these items as well. Tasted good though and timely order.

Overall disgraceful kfc, worst I’ve ever been too. 60% of my order was wrong. Staff was rude. One of the burger was absolutely drenched in bbq sauce when the meal doesn’t even include any. Clearly clueless as to what the ingredients are. I’d steer well clear of this place!

Went in just after midday. All the self serves were offline, joined a 4 person queue at the till with several others already paid and waiting. Got to the front of the queue, there is now 9 others waiting and no one appeared to be preparing any food. When I got to the till, the operator said "one minute the system is slow" and walked off... to prepare in the kitchen... left me there for over 5 mins... after already waiting 10. I gave up and walked out.

Ordered to sit in. Greeted by an irate helmet wearing delivery driver kicking a drinks can towards us at the door and a teenager running out. Found one clean table. Had to wait 15 minutes for food whilst delivery drivers were in and out. Had to go back to complain as the order was incomplete and then had staff member asking for our receipt. Unfortunately, there was no paper in their machine to print receipts!! Three tables had people not eating at all but sitting there for no reason at all. The food was tasty but the restaurant was not clean and needs to decide who is most important paying customers, people just sitting there not eating or delivery drivers. Won’t be eating there again soon
RAW chicken wings! I ordered 2 spicy wings and they were RAW pink, not cooked. I showed it to the staff and they gave me another 2 wings and when I bit into them I had to spit them back out as they were RAW again! Unbelievable, I am so upset. I threw that out and just left. Didn't even request a refund its so embarrassing.

I don’t understand the logic of closing dinning at 9:30PM when shops opens for 11-11 in the weekend. It’s not just for the first time. Such a big brand like KFC no one is monitoring their employees what they are doing?I really feel ashamed myself asking them why you are closed dinning so early. I didn’t even seen any smiling faces in this place. All the time they are so grumpy. This doesn’t suits for KFC. I believe customer is the king for any business. I wish this will change. Fingers crossed.

Avoid at all costs!!! If you are lucky and go on a day that the staff actually prepare your order with some form of care, then you'll notice that some items are missing. I would rather eat my shoe than eat anything prepared by these people.
