I went to this Wetherspoon today with my son snd two daughters for a long awaited meet up. We all ordered medium steaks. They came back with the blood running out of them. I called a waitress who was very apologetic. Took all plates away and brought the steaks back CREMATED and tasteless. My son left without any dinner. We wrapped our steaks up for my dog. Then bought Chinese takeaway.

Average Wetherspoons, nothing about this place that makes it stand out. The only reason I visited was due to the fact it’s close to the end of the Tram!

I honestly don't expect much from weatherspoons food menu as it's very basic but I had a shockingly bad meal yesterday. I ordered the char grilled chicken with a Mediterranean salad. The salad was fine but the chicken was disgusting and definitely not char grilled. It was slimey and had probably come frozen to the restaurant and they just reheated it. It was more like something that had been cooked in a slow cooker rather than char grilled on a grill. They should take it off the menu or change the description. I didn't eat it and mentioned to the server that it was grim but didn't expect her to care, not her fault.

Extremely rude staff member Courtney, has been disrespectful to my dad on several occasions, swearing and shouting over the bar and even at her own colleagues. Don’t think I’m wrong in assuming none of her colleagues like working with her, she’s the only downside to this place, wonderful otherwise.

This pub is a very friendly place. The food is good quality, I had the American breakfast and was pleased to find the sausages were very tasty. It's a comforting space in the individual table nooks. The drinks came immediately and the food arrived not long after. It's child friendly and the prices are very competitive. Thoroughly recommended.

Service was shocking with barstaff more interested in Halloween decorations than serving staff. The disabled toilet was so small I only just got my wheelchair in but no room to turn properly or for a PA to assist me.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible toilet very small. No room to move chair properly or for PA assistance.
