I visited on a Sunday in the middle of the day. I waited a couple of minutes to be served and then someone pushed in front of me and the woman serving didn't even notice and just started serving the guy who literally just walked in. I turned around and walked out the door.If you work in a coffee place and don't notice a person who is waiting to be served even though they're standing there for 2 minutes, you should probably find another job. Anyway, I walked rather than making a scene and that will be my first and only visit to this branch.

Never going there again. Staff don't know what they're doing, gave my mum a normal tea when she asked for camomile tea, the regular hot chocolate tastes of caramel - if I wanted a caramel taste I'd have asked for caramel latte. The plate my cake was on was soaking wet, not a fan of soggy cake. And the code system for the toilet is ridiculous. You don't realise you need a code from your receipt until you've shoved your receipt in the depths of your pocket or bag, and when you do get in there, they're not clean and they smell.Will take our money to Caffè Nero over the road next time.

Clean and a pleasant atmosphere.The coffee ☕ is good.The only thing is, they serve you in disposable cutlery because the dishwasher doesn't work.You can enjoy the coffee indoors or outdoors. They have a few tables in front of the cafe, but they are practically on the street (as usual in London).On Saturday, around 3 pm, it was not crowded.
