Got order wrong and overcharged someone else's order , totally incompetent , rude , unprofessional in dealing with refund. Complaint to Dominoes received a reference number and nothing else. I suggest you all check your credit cards as they purposely don't give receipts.

Very dirty manager, ahe doesn’t use any tong or gloves to put toppings, I have seen her making many pizzas touching the vegetables and the meat. She didn’t washed her hand neither.I will never order from here again.

I ordered pizza for collection, I received great service from the staff members, the lady at the counter was really friendly with me, I’d definitely recommend this store to my friends & family. The lady behind the offered great customer service, she event presented with a smile, I’ve never received such good customer service like this ever before.

The drive is 3 mins long, the order took an hour and 15. Had to be redone when I called for some reason.Garlic bread was missing. The lovely driver went back, drivers don’t always have a way of contacting you which means you have to be on alert if it’s hard to get to your door. Driver was the best part!

Waiting for delivery, the app was saying the food was on its way. It promptly told me the food had been delivered which it hadn’t. Took another 20 minutes and a couple of phone calls to the store for the food to finally arrive. The driver didn’t have the chicken wings, said he would go and get them…surprise, they never turned up.

Must tell you about this experience ordered a pizza took an hour for it to get to the out for delivery, been 45mins since it was “out for delivery”, I live down the road.when I first called in they said they had attached other orders to mine and that’s why it is saying it’s been delivered.I call back again and then they say well it may have been delivered to someone else.We can make another order and send it.Approaching 2 hours now still no pizza.

Delivery is usually exceptional but tonight it took 22 minutes for me to get my delivery from the time I got my text to say it was out for delivery. I am five mins away!!! Pizza was cold and I also got the wrong chicken side. Very disappointed tonight
