Wanted to give a shout out to the 2 staff members who made up for not being able to fulfill my order for chicken butterfly. They were very apologetic and gave me some free hummus and pita to make up for it! Great service.

I had a great customer service from a manager named Grant ! He gave excellent customer service and was really quick and efficient with everything.Grant always checked up on us to see if we are okay which made me feel very comfortable! I do recommend the Balham branch for nandos as their food is amazing and you be lucky enough to have a guy like grant look after you ?

Loved this Nandos...customer service was on point and friendly...young man who served my friends and I went above and beyond with customer care. Food was lovely and I must say I would definitely visit again. Also wanted to say the tall guy who made it possible for us to get seating even though we originally were told it would take 20 minutes...Thank you...it was a really long day of travelling and we just needed to eat.Lovely atmosphere and staff all round ?

The only reason I would give this 4 star instead of 5 stars, simply because you can’t book a table and there’s always a wait whenever you arrive. I first went to Purley Nando’s, then Tooting Nando’s, and then Balham Nando’s just because the wait was so long, but the restaurant food atmosphere Service everything is amazing once you’re seated.

Had a disappointing experience at this Nando's for my niece's birthday dinner. We were unable to cut the cake, and the seating arrangement near the bathroom was inconvenient. Some guests had to sit at a separate table, making it challenging with kids and baby chairs. The dinner service was also disjointed, and the liver was dry. Although they eventually replaced it, the taste was still lacking. In contrast, the Luton branch served a flavorful and saucy liver with butter and bread. This experience makes me hesitant to return to the same Nando's location.

Rude service. Two dead flies next to me on the chair. Flys everywhere. Leaks dropping on our head. And customers loud crazy throwing chairs and screaming. It was a really bad experience never ever go to Balham Nando’s.

Nandos is really not my thing (however, I've always enjoyed their starter's on the menu but being a vegetarian it doesn't rock my boat much. I prefer to have cutlery on the table but that's Nandos and many love it. I don't think staff are paid a lot but they are always helpful and pleasant. Certainly this is true in Balham. Staff this evening were lovely but unfortunately the atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. My son is a vegan (loves the food) and is always happy to go there and order on their app so it might be a generational thing!Vegetarian options: Vegan options are very good
There was a sight problem with the ac dripping at our table onto the children, but the manager Marlon, resolved it very well. We were immediately moved and the children compensated with a dessert. He also cleared up the problem you. He was polite and had good customer service. The food service was quick also and food tasted great. Thank you & recommended.

If I could give it a zero star I would. First we get our chips and sides and no actual chicken??? Me and my family had been waiting for around two hours and still nothing. We have given up and ordered from another chicken shop. We still had packs full of cold soggy chips. Even though we had not gotten the chicken we still have to pay the full £70. Still nothing 2.5 hours later so we had to email and get a refund.Not acceptable,Hannah.
