DON'T GET TUNA MAYO!Like its Tooting shop, this Balham branch of SUBWAY sells its customers short on the tuna mayo filling! Customers are supposed to get 2 full ice cream scoops of the tuna filling but at this branch you'll get 2 quarter size scoops; which collectively means you don't even get 1 scoop. Its the same quantity in its salad and wraps. You are entitled to 2 full scoops when ordering a 6" sub.

Normally order from lavender Hill, but for some reason deliveroo defaulted to here. I have always found subway consistently good but this, for the first time, was almost inedible. Old bread falling apart, overfilled and so much sauce bread had gone soggy and paper dissolved into it.AVOID AVOID AVOID!

As others have mentioned, the staff here are really rude. I suspect either overworked or a really bad working environment. Either way not impressed.

The staff here is definitely overworked as she is the only one attending to all customers. The dinning chairs and table are not cleaned after every customer, thereby making it an easy source of transmitting the covid19 virus.The outlet will do better with at least a cleaner, to ensure the dinning tables are cleaned. The attendant is quite efficient and with a smile despite obviously overworked.

Found 2 thick hairs in my food. The one in the sub was properly in and when I pulled knit to take the pictures the whole sub lifted ?

I’ve eaten at many subways in London and this is by far the worst. The quality of the sandwich is awful and the people are much worse. They are incredibly rude, do not care whether you get what you want (I asked for jalapeños, they put gherkins on. I challenged them about it and they shrugged and left the gherkins on but added jalapeños). Customer service is none existent here. I have had other friends who have visited here too and we all agree that it is appalling. If this was the first subway that you have ever eaten, you might enjoy this sandwich. If you have any understanding of what a subway should normally taste like, this will be massively below par. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give ZERO STARS out of 5 I would!! Absolutely disgusting service from this restaurant via Uber Eats, they completely left out the entire Veggie Pattie filling in our order!! The sandwich was just vegetables and sauce...How the hell do you get that wrong? Completely incompetent staff. Avoid

Another Shop where you can not use your points. Perhaps are all going to close soon. Revisited Subway still no points could be claimed, 10 months later. ??♂️ Visited Aldi over the road instead.

Staff too busy doing the online orders, after a long wait in the queue the staff wasn't even listening to my order missed out salad I asked for.. I mean this is basic stuff if you can't even be bothered to listen why work there in the first place?.. Shambles never visiting this branch again..

I ordered a turkey and ham sub. The food arrived quickly and nothing was missing but I found shards of bones in the turkey meat. I reported this via deliveroo so you can discard of the batch, but also worth flagging to your supplier.

Subway food is standard, but the staff are Not!I eat subs a lot but i swear the crew here actively try to drive you away so they dont have to work.Having to get someone’s attention is the first feat, then repeat EVERY ingredient at least twice.For a fast food place next to a railway i want to walk in, be pleasant, efficient and leave.But thats just not possible here. Avoid. Go to McDs or wait until youre home.I just want a simple sub.. :(
