This is one Costa cafe where I am always served very politely with a smile. Always makes me feel good .., cannot say this about other Costas cafes. Good management, well done guys ! Thank you ?

Latte today quite good. Pity they didn't clear the dirty cup (not mine, it was there when I arrived) on my table for the duration of my visit (see photo of the dirty cup). I moved it right to the side of the table & away from me to make it more noticeable to the staff but it wasn't collected. Friendly staff. Range of cakes seemed very minimal, a pity: I wasn't there late in the day, 3.15pm (see the sparsity of cakes in the photos). I had a slice of carrot cake, the icing on the side of the cake was a bit of a mess (see photo). The cake was nice and fresh, I had the first slice from the cake.

Staff are always great here but today's server was particularly cheerful active and efficient. The cappuccino was really good too. It is nice to treat yourself from time to time with all that is going on and they make it more than just grabbing a coffee.
Friendly staff, on time service. Got my flu shots done here. Plenty of parking available which is always a plus. Recommended!
