Ordered from Uber and low and behold over half my order is missing plus the measley amount of chips you get for £5 is shocking

3 times now they have forgotten fish from our Uber eats delivery. Last time I had to order a can of coke for them to deliver it and claim back the cost of the delivery. This time I called and was told it wasn’t their fault as the cars weren’t their’s. When I said well it wasn’t the drivers fault that the order wasn’t complete and asked what they were going to do about it he hung up on me. The food we “did” get was over cooked, the sausage in batter looked like it had been sitting around for a week and the chips tasted like they had been cooked in stale oil. I sincerely warn everyone not to use this shop. I will never use again. ?

Been going here for 8 years as it’s my local, gone massively down hill. You can tell by how empty it always is. Ordered fish and chips today, tiny fish soaked in a lot of batter, unseasoned batter. Got it home and started eating and the fish absolutely stank. The chips were over cooked and hard, I believe the oil hasn’t been changed in some time. Never again, given them far too many chances over the years!

I had to repeat myself to the member of staff the batter sausages were very dry and for the price 4 battered sausage and salad that came up to £6 that is absolutely disgusting in any form of way it wasn't clean it was very dirty
Order got mixed up by just eats driver but there was no customer service from this restaurant my friend paid 14 quid for burger and chips when she asked for a mixed kebab and chips . The people in restaurant were not interested at all about getting my friend the meal she order it will now take 5 days to get the money back so I would not give this restaurant 1 star . Just don't go there absolute rubbish .

Not a bad local Fish and Chip shop. Open 7 days a week.Reasonable quality fish, chips, pies etc. and kebabs/burgers.Friendly staff. Located opposite a parade of other shops, off licence and dry cleaners next door.

Great chips and fresh cooked cod at a reasonable price. Curry sauce could benefit from being as fresh.
