Food lovely as always but the experience was ruined by the lady at the door demanding to know how many people were coming. We said we weren't exactly sure but would need 2 tables. She got very intimidating & rude saying she needed to know. The restaurant had hardly any people in there so we were not stopping anyone else from coming in. After messaging our friends explaining what was happening, they decided to go somewhere else to eat instead. If they were busy then we understand you can't hold a table. But because of the rude lady as soon as we walked in, they lost business from another 8 people!

Ordered a take out, ready by the time that was scheduled in the app, got served by fantastic staff, Abu and Zo. Fantastic customer services, they were very polite and helpful. Lovely delicious food.

Recently visited Nandos Barking as a last minute option. The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond for my daughter who has celiac disease to make sure she was safe. Really friendly manager and staff and always enjoy the food. Will be back soon.

Great evening with my family, I was Really impressed with how quick our food came, it took about 15 minutes from ordering to being placed on our table, the customer was great , the food was excellent, chicken was cooked Really well, the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because it felt a little too cold in the restaurant.

Ordered takeout went to collect it after getting home noted the chicken was burnt couldn’t even eat it. Was so disappointed as i had ordered takeout to save time. had to go back to return it wasting my time and transport money. I was fuming but when i got to Nandos the manager was very apologetic offered me a drink while i waited and I didn’t even wait for long and was also offered an extra chicken. had came back fuming but left with a big smile ?
The reason why I am rating Nandos quite low is because of the minimal vegan options\\nYes I was grateful they even offered that but I prefer the 'great imitator' I just didn't know it will come in a pitta. And I'm wearing braces and the vegan chicken was unfortunately quite hard. Otherwise we were very fortunate to have seating available.

Key element is parking just next to the entrance - hence, quick access to the Nando's.\\n\\nFood quality is always good and if any concerns, staff always ready to make it correct at once!\\n\\nTheir menu has improved over time. Addition of healthy options making it more welcoming for diverse range of taste buds!\\n\\nAll items are freshly made - tasty delicious. We went to this restaurant and was served by a lovely girl (with a black headscarf) she was very attentive with our order. The staff are very good who offered to refill our drinks for us. The chocolate cake was really nice. So was the food

I used to visit Nando's more than a decade ago, when it was not yet a big franchise in UK. I remember I was ordering different plates; with big disappointment, you can have only chicken there, like the other 80% of eateries in London. If you like chicken and franchises, Nando's is then for you.
