What a shop always helpful and always have what I’m looking for , the owner is extremely helpful she orders things that are not in stock specially for me and have them delivered on time..... they never let me down so keep up the hard work ??

I came to this shop to return a order that wasn't for me, thought I was doing a good deed, since I always ordered online, I did purchase whilst I was in there, but wasn't offered a small discount for going out of my way to return their mistake!! OK a few year back, but never the less. I've used this shop a few times since for convenience , they have a good variety of products, and it's good to browse, however the majority of stock is overpriced and yes I agree with other people they are quite rude and abrupt, I try and believe it's their culture, although I have Indian nieghbours who are the most kindest people I know, so maybe different regions have different ways of addressing people? All in all you probably could get your products a lot cheaper, but the convenience of browsing is quite a draw and I overlook their customer service.

By far one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever visited and ordered from. The owner is rude and lacks in basic customer service skills. I placed an order online which was never sent out, which I then had to go to the store (because they never answer their phone) and collect. Not an apology in sight. Instead she blamed me for ordering late??? It was ordered over 7 working days ago, I understand the delivery can be late in this current situation, but in actual fact the order was never sent out, which she did not want to admit, but finally had to. Disappointed is an understatement. And might I add this is not the first time I’ve had bad experience, won’t be shopping here again. If you order online, be sure to order with at least a month in hand!!!

The shop itself is really nice for people who love to bake with a variety of baking items, however the lady who owns the shop her customer service skills are shocking, I was waiting in line to pay, she was serving a British White lady in front of me being very friendly and making all different suggestions showing her all her favourite recommended products, after serving her she walked off into the back while she saw me (a muslim women in a Hijab) waiting to be served next, she came back over after 5minutes and said are you finished we are closing in 5 mins :o ...... the cheek when i have been waiting. She then charged me 5 pounds for a 3 pound cake base and when i told her its not the correct price she told me I've picked up the wrong size and that the one size down base is the 3 pound base, I asked if i can go to go double check Picked up both tickets for both sizes and brought it to the till to show her, she then went on to say someones misplaced them , i then said can you measure it and it was the right size for the price that i had said it was and she then gave me dirty looks and display very negative body language towards me. So basically is was not a pleasant experience.

It was the final straw when she kept following me around and sneaking up on me which always happens everytime. I will not be supporting their business again!

I travelled far to go to this place after calling them and they told me to come down they have my products only to go see a closed for the day sign written on the door. 3 hours early!? Guess I'll have to try tomorrow kmt
