Ordered a hot chocolate 75% foam 25% milk. Disgusting rip off when I complained apparently that's how it is .the other coffee shops must be making them wrong .

My favourite Neros by far and believe me I’ve been in a few lol.It always feels friendly and inviting and the staff always greet you with a smile almost as if you’re an old friend.I’m sitting in here now as I write this and enjoying my favourite cappuccino made perfectly by the barista, I think I heard the other barista call her Dasha , what a delightful young lady … well actually they were both lovely. What more could you ask for, a friendly coffee shop with perfectly made coffee served with a smile ?

Staff member had a poor knowledge of Nero products. Took my order, then went off to make someone else's order, return to take my order again, had to repeat 3x what I'd like to order. Not the usual nice experience from Nero.

Although I like this branch of Caffè Nero, both for its coffee and vibe, I'm surprised that such large premises would only have one customer toilet - which is ALWAYS occupied. Today I heard someone inside actually having a drawn-out phone conversation... Clown world! I gave up waiting after five minutes. There is a disabled toilet too, but this is kept locked. Perhaps management should consider allowing everyone access to it.

Caffè Nero is always a lovely, roomy, comfortable place to work, rest and refresh, with a relaxed atmosphere. Their summer drinks selection is great, but the quality of their coffee leaves a lot to be desired. I marvel at the fact that so many coffee shops, both chain and independent, serve mediocre, sometime awful coffee. The food selection is limited but sufficient, but they are the only chain that show consideration to offer jugs of tap water for customers to serve themselves. This branch has a special feature: RSPB has a collection tin accompanying the provision of their unique collectible wildlife pins. It is so beloved and I visit regularly to see which new pins have appeared, as they are always changing. The staff vary: most are polite and professional, one is especially so, but one - the fair girl who seems to be a main employee - more discriminating and disrespectful of rights of those with disabilities. Also, one of the trainees never manages to get the iced drinks right.Overall, however, the best atmosphere of any of the coffee chains.

This place is fantastic. Their drinks are lovely. Full marks!

Drinks tasted like water - strawberry coolers. Pistachio cake was ok, and service was slow.

Good coffee, tasty toasties, quick, efficient, friendly staff. Tables were cleared quickly, good assortment of seating. Lots of customers seemed to be regulars. Cafe Nero is probably my favourite branded coffee shop. Great for a Too Good To Go bag too!
