Odos Restaurant
238-240 High St, Hadley, BarnetVisited today for a Christening party. I have a gluten intolerance and they were made aware previously and were extremely informed as were all the waiting staff. They pointed out which dishes were gluten free when serving and which weren’t they even adapted some so they were gluten free. In addition another member of our party had a food allergy that they had not been made aware of in advance however they dealt with it perfectly again adapting dishes and pointing out which weren’t suitable. I can only praise them highly. We are in the takeaway and restaurant industry having opened over 10 premises and have served gluten free for over 14 years so I really am aware of food allergens and intolerances however they lived up to all my expectations and I felt confident and can highly recommend this restaurant. Sadly have visited other Greek restaurants in the area that haven’t got a clue about gluten intolerance or food allergies so it was refreshing to see that Odos are informed and training their staff to be so the customer does not feel like an inconvenience. Aside from this the food was absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked and presented .the staff were so kind and met every request with a smile nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much to Odos staff and owners we will certainly be back and will definitely recommend you. Best wishes x

He’s humble, welcoming, and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. The service is consistently excellent , quick, efficient, and with a smile. Scott really makes the branch stand out, and his positive attitude brightens up every visit. Truly one of the best customer service experiences around.! He definitely needs a pay rise and should be face of the company!

Great customer service with a slight sense of humour, fantastic coffee and always busy. Honest respect to the employees as only 2 work at a time yet it stays clean, quick and joyful service and they are always in a good mood.
