Ordered my meal on there kfc site no delivery came for over hour. I needed up driving to the Barnet kfc the food was not prepared after all that time one of the staff member was rude and acted like she was the manger as I asked for tango and Pepsi and she told me I have to have two Pepsi it's to late I told her to get the manager. The manager was respectful and changed my drinks and staff was told of after the customer waited for her home delivery for over hour. Overall 3/10 as the 3 points goes to that nice manager.

Tables are not cleaned. Even politely ask to clean them myself and was offered 1 tissue. Rubbish service ?

My favourite kfc in a 20mile radius.....happy friendly ladys working hear always polite and with a smile and always happy to acomidate choice of chicken brests or legs if avaliable ...its always very clean aswell.

Staff rude and didn't want to bother cook breast of chicken, only piece i can eat not the first time this has happened, went to Ringos futher down the street, much better and no hassle to cook extra chicken, accommodating

The chicken here is sooo delicious it's more like chic-FIL-A than KFC. It was a total surprise to have such a tasty meal at a KFC.Don't recommend the Lupton Peach Tea as it's not good at all.The service was good and the place was clean and comfortable.
Very Bad customer service, terrible!Stuff behind the counter, talk in there language and laugh, really make you uncomfortable!Also not very helpful with requesting orders!Absolutely a shame for a such a big name like KFC

Most pathetic service. As a deliveroo driver you get free drink from kfc as deliveroo got a contract with them. But this specific kfc refused and argued about it even after i showed them email from delivroo. Need to work on customer service.
