Need I say more. Since they added the touch pad machines the wait time is just not worth it, I could get served food quicker in a cafe.Update. Got takeaway and they missed a big tasty burger. Refused to provide another and refused to refund. I love a good MC Donald's but avoid this one. Travel an extra 5-10 minutes and go to borehamwood instead. It will never improve with the way it is run

They expanded into doing deliveries a few years ago without proper infrastructure to do so, now the whole surrounds is full of their delivery drivers, smoking, spitting etc between orders. Far more are on duty than seem to be needed.

The food is hit and miss. Sometimes cold, sometimes sort of warm. The staff are mainly friendly although the younger ones clearly hate being there. There is a school and college nearby so there's a lot of wanna-be gangsters in there who think they're 10 men. As soon as you call them out they pipe down, but it's still a waste of 10 seconds of your life.

I just came back home with my order take out and I was missing 9 chicken nuggets £4.99, when we place the order the machine didn’t print a receipt, toilet was closed!!!!If I could I would give you -10 stars!!!!!
