In terms of facilities, they always have a functioning bathroom since they are linked to Premiere Inn Hotel.\\nI'm personally not a huge fan of the food at Costa in general, though, since most of it tastes like highly processed food and does not appear to be freshly made. A disadvantage at this particular Costa is that if you are a Costa Coffee Club member, they do not redeem free drinks at this Costa. This Costa also has a lot of thefts (I have personally seen ragged-looking thieves walk in and be shooed away by the staff), so please make sure to take care of your personal belongings.”
