Team are nice and try their best but management and training are not the best. Often when I ask for dry 3/4 cappuccino I get a drink that's like a 3/4 latte. No foam just milk. Dry means less milk! Other branches don't seem to make this mistake so it's clearly about training staff.
This Pret just partially opened with takeout service only which is great. The staff are doing a great job and are super cheery which is amazing to see after all this time. I just had one of the team members go out of her way to call customer service for me as I had a question about a product that she couldn’t answer, I really appreciate it and highly recommend this branch!
