Another starbucks that charges you extra for sitting down in their shop and drinking from their mug, when the charge is meant to be for the plastic takeaway cups. Staff not tsking proper care.

Toilets gross, told the staff and they had no customers but didn’t go and do anything about the state of the toilets. Rubbish piled up by the bin. Needs sorting out.

Perfect drinks, good customer services. All the staff here have expertise in making good coffee and meticulously make coffee tailored to my preference. Also, they are more than willing to listen to your request and have a great common sense and problem solving skills. The manager is humble and has a fantastic service mind. Once he asked me how my drink was, I felt like this store was specialty coffee shop. Never disappointed with their services

Really huge shout out for team which is amazing , served me a nice drinks and food. Whereas, Another great place of coffee spot! Menu keeps evolving to meet every budget and the range of products means there is something for everyone at any time of day!I personally love the great value drinks (gives pricier merchants a run for their money any time!) and sandwiches , which I somehow manage to add to all my orders!The points scheme is also fabulous and those points quickly add up to genuine freebies from the menu - but please add the option to buy a larger or sandwich with points ?Dietary restrictions: Alot of options for milk and drinks selections

Unfortunately drinks missing from the order during a busy spell meant having to queue and wait again. Just made a relaxing coffee a chore instead.

Most of the staff are quite friendly and efficient. But the upstairs is super dirty all the time. Tables are left with used coffee cups and food packaging for more than an hour. So most customers, including myself, have to sit with dirty tables. The floors, crevices and the glass paneling are filthy. Every surface that is visible from the upstairs mezzanine is covered in dust, food debris or dead insects. And guess what, I complained about this to corporate and they said they will communicate this to the management team. One week later I visit this branch again and nothing has improved - actually it looked worse! Shocking, terrible British customer service once again. Hospitality in England is terrible and progressively getting worse. Sad times.
