The paitan ramen had a very deep rich flavour. It had lots of umami and reminded me alot of the ramen in Japan, I left without feeling thirsty as I have tried a few London ramen houses and it had this effect. The sous vide chicken has a nice texture and seasoning, the egg was nice and the noodles had a nice chew.
Great food, but please introduce as standard the wooden chopsticks used for takeaways rather than the plastic ones for table service and the change the plastic soup spoons which look as thought they have seen many wash cycles... Nano plastics are real !!

The taste is better than anywhere in central and price is far more reasonable. It is worth to visit with paying for the transportation. There are authentic Japanese ramens and fried chicken. Hope to add more kinds of ramens to the menu sooner and later.
