We booked here for our annual Christmas lunch. We'd pre-ordered our three courses, plus drinks on arrival. When we arrived, our table was ready, the food came quickly and Jose & Kieran took good care of us. The food was tasty - the pate was really nice. The pork belly was good too and the profiteroles were great with the salted caramel inside. The place was very busy with other Christmas parties, plus those just in a for a drink but everything went well. The only thing was that we were right by the door, so it was a little cold at times, but nothing major. We'd definitely consider coming back.

They forgot our booking, after we showed them the confirmation email the man decided to blame us for not emailing him back despite the confirmation email not asking for any other correspondence. Instead of a planned large, festive table for 12 people we were crammed onto a table for 2 hours for a quick bite to eat next to the kitchen and were then told the only food we could order was burgers. The staff behind the bar were lovely and I felt bad for them as they were clearly understaffed. They really ment well. However, the manager had a negative attitude and his response of "we expect more communication from our customers after the confirmation has been sent" and then proceeding to justify his arguing with telling us he gets 3000 emails a day was unacceptable. All he had to do was apologies for forgetting us, not argue and raise his voice. Food was average, small portions for the price. Would not trust this establishment with a large booking or a special occasion. Its likely fine for popping in for pub grub. Wouldn't go again based on how we were treated. We were made to feel awful out of no fault of our own.

The whole team, but in particular Jose and Lola, were BRILLIANT - they really went above and beyond, and made our surprise party truly excellent. They were great fun, so helpful, super attentive and just generally fab. Good was tasty and the wine even tastier. Some of the best service we’ve ever experienced in London. They couldn’t have done more to make us feel taken care of - thank you so much!Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating for our 18 month old!

We had the nachos, cheeseburger, and chicken pot pie, all were wonderful! Best cheeseburger my husband has had this year. The sourdough bread was a bit tough. Good selection of beers and cider, on tap and by the bottle. Seasonally decorated (we were there at Halloween).

Staff were friendly.Service was great. The lady serving us upstairs was really nice.Food was delicious. My only criticism was that the roast potatoes were not very nice. Like they were cooked, went cold and then warmed in a microwave, but don't let that put you off.

I booked the snug area for my birthday. The place and decoration was really nice and we could give them a playlist. Jose was very helpful in arranging everything. Would definetely recommend!

Good portion size with nice root vegetable selection. Recommend the beef roast, I'll be back soon!

Great service and very good quality food.Bit disappointing they'd run out of roast but that happens a lot by late afternoon in London on Sundays. All dishes were presented nicely and the cheeseburger was cooked well with good flavour to it.Our table we reserved hadn't been wiped but otherwise no complaints.

My girlfriend and I were served by Sylvana on my birthday and she was amazing. Super friendly; very casual and she was sadly way cooler than me. And she went above and beyond to make my birthday special. I really enjoyed my experience at the bull. All the staff were lovely. Thank you guys for such a great time!

Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a pint or a vibrant venue for a night out with friends, the Bull pub is a fantastic choice. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a welcoming and lively ambiance. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that every customer feels valued and well taken care of. The pub offers an impressive selection of drinks, including a wide range of craft beers and cocktails. The food menu is diverse and delicious ?, with both traditional pub food and more unique options available.Definitely became my new go to pub!

Possibly the best pub in the world?I was visiting family for Easter when an oven breakdown left us in the lurch for lunch. After a bit of emergency googling we decided on the Bull and made our way over. I'm so glad we did!Despite being fairly busy the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming helping us straight to a table. We ordered some sumptuous sundries of which the Camembert baked in sourdough was simply astounding. My nephews informed me the Nachos they shared were both "peng" and "fresh", so much so we had to flip a coin to decide which of them got the last one! After came the mains which again were impeccable, my roast beef was exactly as I wanted it and the halloumi fries I pinched some of the best I've ever eaten. Judging by how they inhaled them the kids burgers went down pretty well too. My sister said her steak was better than some she's had in the more distinguished London restaurants, I can only speak to the peppercorn sauce I tried though which was creamy and rich.Even though we were all pretty full at this point we couldn't leave without at least trying the desserts, and once again the Bull came though with flying colours. The ginger ice-cream with my sticky toffee pudding might be the nicest dessert I've ever eaten and the grins elicited by the chocolate brownies say everything you need to know. Some of the adults were simply too stuffed to shovel the last morsels of their delicious deserts into their bulging bellies however, luckily we the children on hand for clean up duties! My thanks to the entire team at The Bull for an incredible experience had by all! We'll be certain to visit again.

My food was lovely! However, my partner's meal was poor it did not come with everything it was meant to! Plus it didn't taste great either. It was a bit bland. The app to order wasn't working as they had yet to load the new food menu onto the system. The old menus were of the tables. So everything my partner and her father wanted wasn't on the new menu and even when it was on the new menu their 2nd choices were out of stock so they had to choose again. The staff however were great! I can't fault their service, even if the food took a while to come out. I will give them another chance in the future.

Had Sunday lunch 5th March, a very tasty meal but really disappointed with the portion size .Just two small potatoes on my plate, and three on my partners. Good portion of meat though, I was charged a service charge with out being informed which I was a little shocked. The meal was served in good time but nobody checked on us while we eating, so not much service involved. And just for my peace of mind is a service charge added to buying drinks at the bar ?Overall I probably wouldn't return because the portion sizes to not match the prices charged. We both said we were still hungry after eating.Yours Malcolm Brooks
