Very small place. Great food. Very flavourful. We loved the bread but it is only vailable in evening hours. Sharing table concept. They accept only cash. Need to make a reservation on phone. Staff doesnt seem very friendly.
You know it’s going to be good when it’s cash only and the employees are a bit on the cold side…did not disappoint one of my favorite places to eat in London! And so affordable especially for Angel/Islington area. One thing to know is they will sit you at a table with strangers if you’re groups of 2. Really lovely food - the pumpkin and aubergine dishes were my favorite! Nice ambience upstairs. It's cash only, so bear that in mind (there is a cash point 1 minute walk away).
