A flaky experience at Caffè Nero - Bedford St. in London There had been a scarce glance enough to be reluctantly unserved a brownish hot water which never touched a drop of coffee. Next time, I deeply recommend hiring another staff member who were able to prepare a truly “caffè vero”.

Not for public to visit definitely.

Always use cafe Nero at Newmarket and staff are great but haven’t been for a couple of months , and boy has it changed went the other day while I get that they are training but when asked do you want your mince pie warm and you say no thank you And then it’s heated Then they can’t count at till and no apology the staff I guess in charge says we will take the staff word I know it was 20 p but that’s not the point bill 6.25 I gave 10.25 change I given was 3.80 then she said I gave her 10.09 that still not right Place was full of cups and stuff toilets disgusting

Euston branch. Good location away from the noise of Euston station & pretty with Christmas tree. 4 staff there but only 1 girl serving and 3 out back. Tables full of dirty plates & cups not cleared. One toilet that was really grubby. Dirty floor and just generally grimy. Just a sandwich & a drink which was fine. Food ok there. Staff just need to sort it out and have a bit of pride in the place. Also toilet needs a thorough clean and then cleaned more regularly,

The mocha was dreadful the worst I had ever had. The majority of the tables were full of dirty dishes. The good citizens were trying to toclear tables to sit at but there was no where to put the trays.I ate my sandwiches on my knee with my drink on the windowsill. I will not go back

Visited in Southend. Service was slow but the worst thing was the dreadful conditions of the toilets! I was speechless and will never return needless to say.

I had an amazing vegan sausage roll made of spiced butternut pumpkin! Flaky pastry and amazing filling! The coffee was alright, that vegan sausage roll was a dream!

We come every week a few times to this Nero. We wanted to seat outside tables as usual and a barista with black shirt didn't let us seat outside even there was still 2 hours until the closing time. Such a shame because we always come at the same times and have seat outside with our coffee.

My first time to try Nero was in heathrow airport, I was craving for salted caramel milk shake like the one I used to get from five guys or shake shake. But turned out that was one of the worst I’ve ever tried made out of syrup and water, never recommend it.

Cafe Nero - Altrincham More and more they will only serve Coffee in paper cups - excuse is ‘short staffed’ today almost empty 2 staff serving - they would clearly prefer to pollute the planet that wash a cup !! Join me and if you want a coffee indoors and they won’t serve it in a proper cup - go somewhere that they will … so many options these days - Nero need to get the message … vote with your feet .. no cup - no business !!!

I really can't believe that a quality chain such as this who specialises in coffee cannot get a flat white right , Wetherspoon coffee machines make a much better one for less than half the price. Temperature wrong , no froth , no good. Service like the Wetherspoon machine was robotic also!?
