2 Northcote Road, LondonHad a fantastic time at the Northcote Pub! The service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, with a great atmosphere and a really welcoming team.
A special mention has to go to Emily, who was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She also provided, quite possibly, the best lighter in Clapham Junction — an unexpected but very impressive highlight of the visit!
Great pub, great service and a special shout-out to Emily. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My friends and I have been coming here for the last 10years for dinner and drinks spending considerable amounts of money on each visit. Tonight we came, the menu wasn’t as good as it has been in previous visits, we spent in excess of £200. We ordered our meals via apps and our last round of drinks before timing our trains from Clapham Junction only to find the service lacking and poor. We waited 20mins for the last round before going up to the bar (they were not busy) only to find that nothing was happening. We orders espresso martinis and with the empty glasses sitting on the bar, my friend was told that the coffee machine was not working. We decided we didn’t want the drinks so that we could get our trains only to find they couldn’t refund the amount but having to leave details behind the bar for a refund to be issued later. If it doesn’t I’ll be coming back for those drinks on principle. It astounds me that the service was so lacking and that a reasonable solution could not be found and executed. Shows how inept and creative the staff are at the Plough today. As mentioned, we (group of 4) have been coming here for years. Such a shame that the service has taken a dip for the worst. Perhaps the management/ownership has changed over. Left a bitter taste and it wasn’t the alcohol. I’ll be coming back for those drinks if a refund is not issued and then it’s a kiss goodbye. 66 Battersea Rise, Greater, LondonStumbled across this hidden gem in Kilburn and had such a great time. Played a few games of pool, grabbed a beer and a coke, and just soaked up the atmosphere. The vibes were spot on and the staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming. Definitely one of those places you’re glad you found - will be back for sure.

1a Northcote Road, LondonWent in last night with my girlfriend about 8pm. It was super busy and chaotic what with it being a Thursday night, but this didn't seem to phase the staff. The staff were attentive, friendly, communicative and great. My favourite guy, Hari, wasn't working that night, but we were served beautifully by Reese (sorry if I've spelt your name wrong) who was really lovely and even though the fire alarm went off, the place was really busy and chaotic, still gave us a good experience. Noticed the prices have gone up recently which sucks but it is what it is! Keep up the hard work Nandos Northcote - you're class.

Unit 3, Clapham Junction Station, Saint Johns Hill, LondonI visited the store around 16:30 this Tuesday and was helped by a very kind gentleman who did an exceptional job. His customer service was outstanding—the best I’ve experienced this year. He helped me find the best option, and I tried a mint chocolate with chili sample, which was absolutely exquisite. Highly recommended!

He patiently explained the menu options, recommended some great combos, and ensured everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. The pizza was hot, delicious, and exactly how I like it. 266 Lavender Hill, LondonI ordered, on deliveroo, my usual order. I ordered a packet of sensation crisp along with a subway. Order went through. 5 minutes later, i received a phone call. I pick up and it was a lovely girl that spoke to me. She called me to let me know that they ran out of the sensation crisps. Now that to me is so kind because not once have i received a phone call from any fast food chain to let me know that they ran out of something i ordered, they usually just send my order without the missing item.
But not this time, this sweet girl called me and let me know and asked me what i would like instead. That is the best customer service in my opinion. Whoever you are, you’re amazing and i hope you see this. Food was great as always.
Also, she even wrote on the package, “this way up” to let the driver know that there were meatballs inside and they should be careful to not flip the package. Again, you’re amazing whoever you are.
5* and i will always order from this branch.

Unit 7B, Clapham Junction, 20 Saint John's Hl, LondonOrdering online doesn’t work as it’s supposed to here. So you place your order via the app then have to queue and show your order to the barista. Otherwise they just don’t notice it. Sometimes I forget this and have to wait for as much as half an hour before heading to the queue to beg for my order. The whole process is just meaningless and ridiculous. If you can’t accommodate online orders why offer it?
