Was soo hungry after coming back from the work an did take away tandoori chicken pizza… but there were very few chicken and the taste is also not good as compared to the wembley branch domino’s. Need to throw and eat noodles at 9:45

Always consistently late on delivery. After an hour waiting for delivery, called up and was told it would be another almost another hour until my order would arrive - no explanation or apology.

I just went in to order some nuggets. The blonde girl with huge and badly injected lips didn’t even say “Hi”. So I politely asked her “ah sorry is it closed?” And she looked and me like I was stupid and replied just lifting her shoulders and saying “it looks like we are open right?”.Just a small advise for you: CHANGE YOUR JOB AND MOST OF ALL CHANGE YOUR INJECTOR.

After taking 20mins to decide what I wanted I finally placed my order. On arrival I could tell something was missing. When I contacted the store they stated they’ll resend the item, I then stated due to the inconvenience will I compensated? The gentleman on the phone spoke to his team leader or manager. I could hear her in the background “Compensate for what? Tell her we’ll bring it!” I then requested for a refund as I’d rather not get ignorant and with her attitude, I wouldn’t want that energy near my food. I was told I’d receive email confirmation for my refund which I’m still yet to receive.

Went to London for a birthday celebration, having to slow for through a width restriction next to Battersea park I was met by a road rage nut case delivery driver who subsequently crashed into the back of my car with my 18 month old child in the car.. I didn’t engage and gave ample opportunity for himto get on with his day. They now deny liability. On what grounds I don’t understand. They obviously condone road rage / some sort of street fighting.
Received a very cold rubber pizza after 2 hours and half, they lied that buzzer doesn’t work or address is not on map, finall the address was on map and buzzer was working. They couldn’t be even bothered to send a fresh pizza

I like Domino’s pizza. I give 4* only because Pizza Hut for me is the absolute number one.Tho this one is a good place, you can see the kitchen too so I can see that it’s clean. They are fast as well. I have never had any problem with this place.I can recommend it.

2 stars only because the pizza is tasty. Customer service is very bad and there's always a problem when we order. Once they gave us the wrong pizza, even though we ordered a vegan pizza they gave us a vegetarian and when we told them they charged us to make another pizza. Last time we ordered they charged us twice once online and once upon delivery when we went to pick up.
