Sunday evening.I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. Despite having used my NHS discount at other branches, I was told I couldn't use it for my friend. The staff member seemed intentionally difficult. When offering to pay separately to apply the discount, my friend wasn't allowed to scan his Nando's card, resulting in no loyalty stamp. It felt like a deliberate inconvenience. Compared to other branches, this was poor customer service, and I won't be returning.

Had a great time here with my brothers feom church.Oli was instrumental in organizing a space for our large group as we did not have a booking. He handled the orders very well and was extremely helpful and responsive. He should be promoted. 100%

The staff were genuinely very friendly and helpful. I have lots of allergies and had never been to Nando’s so I had some questions regarding the dishes. They were super accommodating, I always feel like a bit of a burden with all my questions but they completely understood and assured me that they took my allergies seriously. Overall I had a great first time at Nando’s. The food was great and the service was truly wonderful. Thank you!
