I went into the star bucks just now to get my daily drink. There was a customer already waiting at the till. So I said “hello” to try and call for an employee. A 22year old women came and said sorry I was doing something at the back. Then another man called Adam was pulling rude faces and whispered “why was they shouting” to there colleague .they both were laughing together. As I over heard what he said, I explained why I yelled as I was in a rush & was waiting for over 5 minutes to get my drink. Very rude employee, I never experience this service from any other Starbucks. Very poor

They forgot about the pain du chocolat I asked fot and then heated it for 5 seconds, then I reminded them. The pastry wasn't worth it.

Why is it that the staff in Kilburn high road Starbucks allow the homeless to sit in the restaurant without buying anything where as I a disabled person have to wait for a table. The staff are delightful and very helpful but are loath to tell someone to either buy something or leave.

There is blonde guy who make coffee. Always in rush and didn't give good service.. the time was about 12:00 pm not rush time. He never give me a good coffee. Always half of cups and test not

went in to Starbucks americano and hot milk. the sound man that served me was so disinterested in 'serving' it was un real. I get that it might not be easy making coffee for people in St Johns Wood all day long if that's the way you feel. get out of hospitality and do something else... I asked to redeem one of my reward coffees, which I have never done before, I asked him to help. he proceeded to then take money from my Starbucks account and play possum on the fact that he had done that. effectively STEALING from me. no apology he then started to smirk and laugh at what he had just done.agrivating the situation. The manageress stepped in, she was excellent and dealt with it. BUT the store is filthy the staff are average and it just wasn't a pleasant experience. Go to LAURENTS its mils better coffee served by good people that care about what they are doing

The place is get my coffee off crosswall is lovely, however they have no customer service number I have been with them for only about three months since I relocated from America down here could not link my gift card to my app on my phone so therefore I was not receiving any stars after so many attempts and my emails not being responded I completely deleted my app. Will never be stepping foot in any Starbucks uk . Horrible service even when you are on chat with customer service you are being cut off . Horrible if there was anything below one star they get it so disappointing such a huge difference from the ones we have back home in America ???????

Absolutely lovely service from lovely ladies that work in this shop. The nicest Blue Raspberry cloud frappucino ever! Highly recommend especially in warmer weather ???☁️
