What happen to hospitality….? After i asked for normal mug to drink coffee from, i’ve been told that they are closing in 1 hour and they cant serve me in normal cheramic mug, i need to drink from cardboard… taste of coffee is not the same + u need to pay 5p more so they dont have to clean mug. I know that 99% people settle for this, but i think its not ok… just imagine restaurant start using same practice. Outrageous!

Saved my day! Needed two things after a long walk and they have both. Coffee and loo! A great place to take a break and enjoy the river.
It was a nice ambiance and the staff are very polite.

A staff didn’t ask my name and put “- -“ which describes asian eyes instead. She ruined my day with her behaviour towards an asian customer and I still feel hurt.

Staff blocked main seating area 2 hours prior to closing time. Pushing all customers into a few corner seats. Here is the view 92 mins prior to closing. So staff can leave at 7 pm sharp. Two stars for friendly service.
