As engineer who works outside I found it unfortunate that the staff that have seen me buy drinks etc before couldn’t find the compassion to allow me to use the toilet. Unbeknownst to them I was going to buy a coffee after using the bathroom however their cold demeanour and approach was uncomfortable. The server was a female so I would expect her to understand what PMS is but the attitude towards working women in that establishment was disheartening.

Very limited seating area which is almost full all the time. Costa coffee opposite side has bigger sitting area.

Decent when you order in store, BUT they are completely incompetent ordering from Uber eats or Deliveroo. They never read the order and always get it wrong. I haven’t once ordered and they have got it right it’s beyond ridiculous!!! Such a shame as a service in store is so good.

What is happening with the Starbucks in Edgware? I was utterly shocked and embarrassed to set up a business meeting in this place. I've never seen this place so dirty, the entrance was filthy there were cups everywhere and the floor needed a good scrub. I had to apologise to my client and explained to him that the Starbucks used to be spotless a few months ago. What happened to the staff? Everyone is new now and so slow with the orders. I won't be going back anytime soon.

The service here is great but the Oleato olive oil range is DISGUSTING. Please get rid of it. I’ve never tasted a coffee that’s this bad before. The iced shaken roasted vanilla coffee in the spring collection was DIVINE!! Please bring those drinks back and get rid of this oleato range.

Lost something there and tried to call so they would hold on to it or if its been handed in and they ignored my calls every time I called up.Either the number needs updating or the staff need to get their s*** together and actually answer the calls. Very disappointed in the way it's run
