My closet local Starbucks —when ordering online they create the order perfectly and you don’t have to deal with customer service.Generally the servers are nice and attentive, but I went this morning (19/04, 10:50AM), there was no queue. I had a very good experience with Titi at this branch. She was so lovely when I asked her for a specific request for my Frappuccino. She’s always so nice and friendly with all customers too :)

Decent when you order in store, BUT they are completely incompetent ordering from Uber eats or Deliveroo. They never read the order and always get it wrong. I haven’t once ordered and they have got it right it’s beyond ridiculous!!! Such a shame as a service in store is so good.
