To the management I would like to advice to sack your staff who is at the counter!! He’s extremely rude and literally swore at me. I cannot believe this sort of behaviour. I wanted to order coffee at the machine and I accidentally made a mistake as the screen was already on order mode maybe done by previous customer, and rather than helping me he was so rude and spoke to so harshly. This garage is out of order u get the cashier cleaning the petrol pumps at 2 in the morning he says he can't serve me coz the tills r updating he says come bk in an hour I came bk in 2 hours he still cleaning he says the tills r still upgrading sorry but I've been at the station loads of times and they defo don't start cleaning at 145am normally at 4 or 5 u have loads of people wanting petrol and stuff from shop he turned them away ur losing customer

This is my local garage and I think they are wonderful. I put petrol into my diesel engine and they couldn't have been more helpful. Pushed the car to the side of the forecourt, made sure I wasn't charged for parking, (you get fined by euro car parks if you are there for more than 15 minutes and the garage have not logged your number as allowed) and helped when the AA showed up to tow the car away. Thank you!
