Don’t bother sending a Yodel package here. It seems that their machine is always out of service? I have tried them in 3 different occasions and it’s always the same response.

Only popped in for a PayPoint service. Not sure if prolonged exposure to petrol and exhaust fumes contributed to the dour personality of the chap who 'served' me.

To the management I would like to advice to sack your staff who is at the counter!! He’s extremely rude and literally swore at me. I cannot believe this sort of behaviour. I wanted to order coffee at the machine and I accidentally made a mistake as the screen was already on order mode maybe done by previous customer, and rather than helping me he was so rude and spoke to so harshly. Is this how train your staff?? This is disgusting behaviour. I hope you deal with this staff member right away because I am furious!! He’s a Asian man and was wearing the green jacket.

This garage is out of order u get the cashier cleaning the petrol pumps at 2 in the morning he says he can't serve me coz the tills r updating he says come bk in an hour I came bk in 2 hours he still cleaning he says the tills r still upgrading sorry but I've been at the station loads of times and they defo don't start cleaning at 145am normally at 4 or 5 u have loads of people wanting petrol and stuff from shop he turned them away ur losing customer

I’ve been here mainly to drop off and pick up Yodel parcels as a collect+ point. Haven’t had any issues doing this but as others have mentioned the service can be hit and miss.

This is my local garage and I think they are wonderful. I put petrol into my diesel engine and they couldn't have been more helpful. Pushed the car to the side of the forecourt, made sure I wasn't charged for parking, (you get fined by euro car parks if you are there for more than 15 minutes and the garage have not logged your number as allowed) and helped when the AA showed up to tow the car away. Thank you!

Proper rip-off !!! Got in to buy an engine oil as engine oil light came on and car was shaking so had to buy one from closest place and to my astonishment one oil that anywhere else is £12.49 Castro 5W-30 (Halfords- Euro carparts...etc) they were selling it for something more than £40 ....I've never seen anything like that in my life ,not even in a 3rd World coutry ,even they have moral sense !DISGRACEFUL!!!

I went here to send a collect plus package.Sorry to say this but the service is very impersonal, and robotic - feels like it could be a better experience with an actual robot.I felt like getting out of there as soon as possible.On the bright side, I wanted to send a package out and they did fulfil that service.

Turned up at 3am after seeing that it is 24 hours. Ok, the window only service is fine after hours (understood). But why can’t I ask them to find me something to suit my allergies. The guy argued with me by saying - you just need to tell me what you want. I said, I am hungry and need something without eggs or dairyor to make it simple, something vegan will do (not vegan but say this to simplify things). The man then kept saying robotically “you need to tell me what you want. I said I don’t know your range or can’t look for myself so I need you to help me find something without eggs or diary. He refused to provide any service and just wanted to fulfil on robotic commands. I am not rude or unreasonable about my needs but if someone refuses to at least try to help a little bit then it becomes frustrating. Also your staff did not know the product. It’s not a big store so not sure why they don’t know the range. After peering through the window for about 5 mins I saw a protein bar I recognised. I asked for the “brand name” and he shrugged his shoulders and made it clear he did not know what I was asking for (seriously). Please stop hiring cheap / low skilled / robotic labour and train your staff to help with basic requests and to know the store (a common retail standard). Also, tell your reputation team to not give a canned reply. Hire better people. It was a frustrating experience trying to politely get some basic assistance in a food store where the door is locked and you rely on the staff to help you.

Been there three times (sat morning , Wednesday and Monday afternoon ) and was always told it was closed although the times on goggle stated they were open until 10pm.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR CLICK AND COLLECT PARCELS HERE. The staff deliberately withheld my parcel. I had to visit three times before he gave it to me. I could see it behind the counter and asked him repeatedly to show me the name on the parcel to no avail, only ‘that one is not yours’. When I told him I would contact his manager things changed. Easily the worst customer service I have ever received, save yourself the hassle and avoid.
