Dropped in for breakfast on new years morning. Nowhere else was open. Two guys busier than one legged Irish dancers. Got through well, no fuss. I gave them praise as they did a terrific job. Customers were very patient. If we had other options we wouldn’t have had breakfast here as it’s either croissants or prepackaged and reheated food. Coffee was ok. Cheap and cheerful atmosphere but wasn’t cheap.

For a place serving food and drink the toilets here are absolutely disgusting. Even the staff are using the disabled loo because the public one is a disgrace. Literally poo on the seat, no soap, had to ask for toilet paper, lord knows the last time it got cleaned.Appalling. No good if you are looking for a cafe to work in.

very nice food and coffee, even though it was really busy the staff was kind especially this one guy who smiled a lot it made me and my friend so happy. thanks guys ! (he has a nice haircut tell him)

De passage a Londres, nous avons découvert Café Nero victoria station ou nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cappuccino.nous y sommes allé 2 fois et chaque fois, la recette était identique et appréciable. Mais nous avons découvert qu'un autre établissement était plus près. Nous avons testé et le cappuccino était infecte, je sais pas s'il avait oublié le café ou essentiellement que du lait mais très mauvaise expérience. En revanche le personnel est très accueillant.

Hi, we order the large coffee for a reason and the coffee is just half of the cup and it’s so cold. This is not fair we pay £4 .00 pound.£8 for 2 coffee large but we smaller

Am giving one star for appalling lack of service. Totally ignored us (baristas too busy chatting) with not a word of explanation or apology. Just go to the small lovely cafe with warm welcome next

Very right charger on the counter along the window did not work. I guess the dishwasher was broken averything was served in paper boxes. The washroom was very dirty. I do not recommend this cafe. The servicecis poor. Skip

dissapoiting.... I have been asked by short long working in therre waiter why i have loyaty card... And from where ... Usually i got mine from him or his staff members working in the shop or sometimes my partner always is saving his for me as a handyman he always got them from his work or work mates, and for me once or twice a week free coffe with some pastry or sanwitch was a real treat...specially when i do work for NHS and time for my break is was so refreshing.... Now i feel emberessed even to come back to this caffe.I am so sad... As waiter asked me to provide him proof my recipts...and was asking me questions why i got loyaty cards and from where ect.....again......people behind me looked and me like i am doing something wrong.... I didnt want to cry after busy day but... That was sooo emberessing.i am beyond dissapoited how caffe nero treat loyal customers.Spesially when i spent with them so much money on my lunch so do my partner who is also not happy.:(((( dissapoting experience.Discrimination beyond belive.

I visited this coffee shop this morning. The food was good, but I notice the slow service due to a shortage of staff. Many tables still had dishes left from previous customers. If they could improve the service, it would make for a fantastic dining

I just went in I rem from last week it oct 16th 2023 really really rude staff I tried my hardest last week he couldn’t even work out how to switch a micro wave on he rudely said where’s the money when he hadn’t processed the payment to come up on the card machine the attitude of the duo do t do the job disgusting n I like cafe nero coffee you must pay awful wages the two guys in there are bitter n bad. At what they do n hate
