Wonderful gentlemen work here. The level of care they showed a local elderly lady was Wonderful. They had her sit and brought her a tray of her usual without asking. If she complains about a spot they wipe it. Wonderful experience.
Trainee barista was absolutely awful. Appreciate he's learning, but tried to charge me double what I was meant to pay,... £32 for 2 drinks and 2 paninis.Heated up and gave me only 1 panini and asked if I wanted the other one as well. Then, asked if I wanted that on a plate too. Err... yes, I've just paid for that, so yes. I would like to eat it now too if that's not too much trouble.Made a cappuccino, but then took 20 minutes more to do my next drink, an iced latte. Kept saying...read full review

I visited this coffee shop this morning. The food was good, but I notice the slow service due to a shortage of staff. Many tables still had dishes left from previous customers. If they could improve the service, it would make for a fantastic dining
