I recently visited Pizza Hut (on Regent Street, London) and unfortunately, the experience was tainted by the rude/unpleasant behavior of the manager on duty. On entering the restaurant, me and my friend were greeted by the manager who had a dismissive attitude and lacked basic courtesy. Furthermore, the manager exhibited the same behaviour with another family with 2 little kids. I hope that Pizza Hut takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for improved customer service training, especially for management staff.

I like pizza and I like to chat, and Pizza Hut at Piccadilly’s offered me both. The manager was open to talk a bit, and was worried I would not like the pizza since I am from Italy.If food is made well, who cares about tradition, right? Pizza was great, it was different from Italy and I loved it for it. If I wanted Italian style pizza I’d have stayed home.Ordered a nice 11” thin margherita!Thanks for having me, I’ll be back again hopefully!

Food was hot and replenished constantly. Salad bar was full and a good range of options. Easy to order via the QR code and start straight away. The buffet lunch was great value. Thank

Generally good place. We ordered the buffet online, unfortunately it was just when the offer ended. This meaning that the buffet was not refilled. To compensate, they made an entire pizza for my son alone as he only likes one kind of pizza.
Not that good, not that bad. In my case we ordered de buffet, without letting us know about the small amount of pizza types that it includes.

Their Hot ‘N’ Spicy Veggie thin was awesome. From salads to pizzas everything was good, however atmosphere could be better and bigger it was too small.

Het zat vol, maar we mochten alvast op de trap wachten en de kaart bekijken. Op de tafel staat een QR code waarmee je kunt bestellen èn betalen. Je kiest zelf welke noden je wilt. Je kunt onbeperkt gebruik maken van de saladebar. Hierdoor lopen er wel constant mensen langs. Personeel zegt weinig, misschien vanwege de drukte. Het eten was prima.Wheelchair accessibility: Lastig ivm smalle ruimtes en trap naar het toilet.
