It’s hard to believe, but this Hard Rock Cafe is worth a visit! I generally try to avoid these tourist traps… they’re always overpriced and have substandard food. Our curiosity brought us in for lunch after reading SO many positive reviews . It did not disappoint! The service was absolutely INCREDIBLE- kudos to our waiter Pierce! We went shopping in London today and we went for a meal at Hard Rock Cafe we received a brilliant service from Mr Bruno it was fast and the food was delicious. Five stars all around You must try out for yourself ! The security guard Mr Dayley is a great asset to the company as he goes the extra mile to help you. Keep up the hard work up? See you soon

The food was really nice great atmosphere and our waiter Patel was really friendly and efficient and always served us with a smile he is an asset to Hard Rock Cafe. He made my sons birthday celebration very special.
