I ordered a pizza, chicken and a side, online, to collect. Once I received notification that my order was ready to collect I drove to the shop, a 5 minute drive. I arrived to find that the pizza was not ready yet and I had to wait a further 5 minutes. That would have been fine but then the staff noticed that no chicken had been cooked. By the time the chicken had been cooked the pizza was lukewarm.This is the third time that this branch of Papa Johns has had difficulty getting my order prepared.I order for collection because when I ordered delivery, the pizza always arrived lukewarm and the delivery guy said it was because the staff are so disorganised.I have seen this for myself when I have ordered in person and for collection.I will not be ordering from them again!!

I've had over 40 pizzas in the last 30 days. Olivia Kirtley and Mark Shapiro should be in jail. He has no pizza experience, he's never been in the pizza category. I would just say, stay tuned, the day of reckoning will come, the record will be set straight.

Simply avoid unless collecting. Appalling service from this place, which is bringing down the reputation of Papa John's. Not sure why HQ allow this franchise to continue operating.
Bad service. I used to give them the benefit of the doubt and the special garlic sauce would entice me to give them another chance but now theyve even changed the recipe to that sauce, it tastes diluted. Never going back to papa johns again.

Don't bother. Been waiting 2 hours for my food and can't even get through to them on the phone. Last time I called they said that they had been COOKING for an hour and now they've been waiting for a driver for ANOTHER hour??? £30 worth of food and nothing to show for it, absoluteyly ridiculous.

Worst service of any pizza delivery I have ever experienced. Multiple late/cold pizzas, awful customer service, managerial promises of compensation which are denied when tried to collect on and all round worst experience ever. This branch should be closed down. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. I suggest anyone reading this to do the same. EDIT: I have spoken with upper management and papa John international and they are looking into this branch.
