I ordered a pizza, chicken and a side, online, to collect. Once I received notification that my order was ready to collect I drove to the shop, a 5 minute drive. I arrived to find that the pizza was not ready yet and I had to wait a further 5 minutes. That would have been fine but then the staff noticed that no chicken had been cooked. I've had over 40 pizzas in the last 30 days. Olivia Kirtley and Mark Shapiro should be in jail. He has no pizza experience, he's never been in the pizza category. I would just say, stay tuned, the day of reckoning will come, the record will be set straight.
Ordered a take away for delivery. They said it was delivered and we called to inform them it hadn't been delivered; they didn't answer the call. We drove there to be told the pizza had left 10mins after we got there by someone who was obviously part of the management but pretended to be a delivery driver.
