As usual the scanners for scan and go were not available as the ones left needed recharging...not good at 9.30 in the morning, app takes forever to download and is always slow and glitchy (not my phone) queues always horrendous unless in the scan and go!!!

This is my local store today they have no milk when ask staff laughted and walked offStaff are like zombies and only people they communicate to is other staff members talk bout there life storyStaff also rude and some give rude looks because someone doesnt look how they like witness with own eyesThey barely have stock anymore and when they do they put it out when stores open cause night time there to in rush get home so hard get down aislesMost times no staff are around all out back or prob not at work being lazyNone of them know how to be polite or even show a smile there only odd 1 or 2 that doPeople who want a job who would work hard cant get the job but there happy to employ the slow zombiesThink i go sainburys from now on

Whatever u guys do today, plz avoid ASDA & B&Q Belvedere today.There is absolutely no one to help control the traffic in the car park and forget trying to call ASDA. No one answers and the call just cuts off.Thanks to roadworks and selfish ppl forcing their way out instead of queing like normal ppl, took me 1hr 30mins to just get out of the car park.I ended up driving towards erith n taking battle road up to end up on erith road so i cud get home faster.

Was racially abused by a customer and struck in the face(unprovoked) by a customer on the 19/07/22 at 12:45 and the thug was ushered out of the shop and i was told to wait and not retaliate however I’ve seen people banned from the store for buying oil in bulk and kicking off in frustration as you would ? (When there’s no clear signage restricting the amount of oil you can buy)”absolutely ridiculous till this day my jaw hurts and i am reminded of the incident every time i walk into store very traumatic

Rude staff. Security are rude and useless. Apparently have to buy a sandwich deal at self checkout then go to cigarette counter and make a second purchase! No signage stating this and guard was completely rude

No products, the ones out are old. No basket at the entrance and no one is bothered. Recommend Sainsbury 10 min down the road.

I like this shop. It is clean and well organized. The staff is helpful. It would be nice if they smiled from time to time to show kindness for customers.

This places rarely has a till open. They just tell you to go through self service which is ok for people who understand how to use them. I saw a couple of people walk out because of this.
The store is busy. It's such a pity the cafe has gone. It was nice to sit, unwind & just catch your breath after a busy shop. The staff are friendly & helpful. It was also good to catch up. The customer service desk is always busy.

I live nearby and use this Asda every week. I find the staff friendly, helpful and smiley. I'm confused about some of the, frankly, insulting comments on here, but then I'm always polite and smiley to staff anywhere so maybe that's the difference! The products are great, especially the fresh meat section - shout out to whoever chose the supplier - please don't change them. Just wish they would double the size (like Greenhithe Asda) and build on top so there was more room for more products given the escalation in building flats in the local area - no doubt some council stopped that idea. Can't see why this is not a goer as it would not impact on anything as it is on it's own site with only B&Q sharing.

Good atmosphere, clean and tidy store with a good variety of products from clothing, homeward, garden and grocery items. Only reason I didn't score it 5 stars was because there were quite a few items I wanted that wasn't in stock.
