Really nice atmosphere, we were served by a waitress called Sueleen who was so lovely and made wonderful drinks. She definitely made our experience 10x better, I’d highly recommend visiting this place.

The All Bar One at Waterloo is the perfect place to finish a busy day out in London. There is almost always space (despite its prime location next to the London eye) and a very accommodating menu. The drinks are made with care and the staff are very attentive.Special thanks to the manager (I think her name was Priyah (?)) who sorted us a table when it was very busy and recommended us some lovely food! I will carry on coming here often :).

Came to All Bar One for NYE; was a pleasant night with friends, the service from all the staff members was 10/10, especially during a busy night. All the bartenders were positive vibes especially Priya who was serving us drinks most of the night. All the cocktails I had were very nice especially the strawberry daiquiri would reccomend.

Lovely evening at All Bar One. Candles on tables, good selection of food. Julia was very helpful to advise us on drinks to order when they had run out of some ingredients. Burger could have been hotter but was nice. Music should maybe be more chilled. Overall great.Vegetarian options: Could be more vegan stuff. Burger was nice.

Great service. On New Year's Eve worked at 300%, everything on time and staff was friendly and always available. I am very impressed. Highly recommend!
Not great TBH. We had fish and chips with insipid fish and overcooked batter (the chips were OK), and pad Thai which was gloomy overcooked rice noodles in sweet chilli sauce (nice veg, but not a pad Thai in any way!). They were understaffed ++ so service not great, but people there were trying their best.

Consistently well crafted cocktails, helpful suggestions from bartenders. The actual servers that were there when we went were not very attentive and everyone has a “scan the barcode and order online” mentality. Pretty much not trying to interact with anyone which lacks that personal feel in my opinion.

Complete lack of staff - stood around for 10 minutes waiting to be shown to our table. Only one member of staff behind the bar and the restaurant was busy.Toilets were disgusting - sanitary bins overflowing - I realise it’s been Christmas but these could have been emptied!!Many of the cocktails on the drinks menu didn’t appear on the app so couldn’t order them.Fish and chips was ordered by myself and my friend and it was really burnt.Really disappointed as I have always had such great visits to other branches.
