London Waterloo burgerking. Bap was stale. Someone cooking and preparing food would have known this was stale. The bap was half falling apart/crumbly. Not a nice tasting experience at all. Specially for the price u pay for this

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal to take away. Walked to my train only to find the burger was dry and stone cold, as were the fries. The hot chocolate was just about hot. Never again will I visit this store, and no way to get a refund when I live 30 miles away.

Just an awful organization. We did choose to “eat in” but instead we got sent to eat outside in the cold because the dining area was already closed, they said, but of course it was crowded of people having their meal and still free tables to accommodate us. Very unpolite and disrespectful, a meal in the cold is just disgusting and uncomfortable. Burger King never again

It’s not 24 hours - it says it is but it’s just normal hours - station’s closed for a lot of the time and it’s inside the station.

Just a note to thank the staff of Burger King, Waterloo last night. I was there with my son at about 10.20pm and they made sure we got our order in time to catch our train (10.30pm). Some of the customers were not very nice to the staff, which is why i am writing this review. My son and I appreciated your efforts and your ability to stay calm and polite when dealing with some very challenging customers.

Good selection of fast food and
