On a sunday before heading home after a busy weekend in the big city we were at a lose end as to where to go for an affordable late lunch. I booked afternoon tea in advance for me and my Mum as part of a trip to London. The service was excellent and we were seated at a nice table promptly. When the afternoon tea arrived there was only one small individual portion of what we had assumed to be apricot jam between us. Upon opening the jar it turned out to be Marmalade! The lass serving us was from Romania and was extremely attentive and friendly. The food was of a higher standard than expected and although the restaurant was full, the service was excellent!
