Customer service could be better but overall I was happy with my food! Hot and fresh chicken popcorn and crunchy peri fries were good as chicken shop goes.

There’s a reason the restaurant is rated 3.6, customer service is abysmal I washed my hand in their sink and asked for tissue, I was given 1 sheet of 2 ply paper and when asked for more, I was to be told that they don’t have any more when a full stack of tissue was evidently placed on the side. I request HR look into this and train their employees on customer service and how best to appease their guest. Following this, I understand we are going through a cost of living crisis equally I don’t expect to pay £4 for a inadequate portion of chips of which have been left in the hot hold for more than 20 minutes. Their demeanour, of which was was undoubtedly and absurdly rancid and unwelcoming. From the perspective of a member in the face to face service sector I was appalled to be received by such an unapproachable aura. As stated I request HR enquire into this and train their staff appropriately. I’ve just currently found out that my collegue was given an ample supplies of tissue however I assume as I did not purchase any goods or products from chicken cottage I was not applicable for a surplus ammount of tissue although I washed my hands, Need firing. & yes I’m pressed.

I don’t eat chicken. I eat the vegetarian burger , wrap and fries here often as it is right next to my office. The good thing is the place is open till late in the night. A good grub for a late night snack or when you are drunk.

I was hungry and made a big mistake of going to this place. The guy who took my order (I asked his name he wont tell me) is the most disgusting human bring i.have ever seen. He is the nastiest human being on the face of this earth. Angry extremely extremely rude and cursed at me many time. I asked him who is the supervisor and he said he is the supervisor. I do not understand how this place is still in business. I will try to call the corporate and resort that nasty disgusting human being. Avoid this place at any cost. The workers are all wanna be gangster and bas@@@ds

Ordered chicken wrap meal. Came fairly quickly (not always a good thing!). Chicken in wrap was cold and clearly not fresh nor crispy. Fries were actually pretty good. Bottle of water also good!

Due to this weeks hot weather, and working past lunchtime - me and my colleague just wanted to grab something quick. Shop was a little busy but nevertheless the staff didn’t seem that bothered to speed up and serve customers. By the time it was our turn to order, dudes asked me what I’d like then without giving me a chance to even reply he went and did something else.Before another staff member walked past us and sighed then asked us have you been served. Bro, we are standing in front of the till and there is a queue lol. Honestly.Shop was super hot, no ventilation at all, just main doors were opened. Food came. My tenders were small ??♂️ £4.50 and you get 5 small goujons/ fingers. They actually tasted okay/ average. Chilli sauce was generic - the ones you find everywhere which smells strong. Should of went Morley’s.My colleague got a grilled chicken burger meal, think it was £7 something. Got one sauce but had to ask for another sauce and get more napkins. Very stingy with napkins! Hate when shops do this! Again food was average.Will I visit here again, I doubt it. Customer service alone was awful.
