Cute vibe inside, small, but colorful and a semi open kitchen/bar. Staff were friendly and I was able to get a seat immediately for dinner at 8pm. I was drawn to the place because of their mezcal offerings, they did not disappoint. Although, I did have to ask for the mezcal tasting menu since it’s not included in their drink list. The food was solid, I got the deep fried soft shell crab tacos and fried plantains. I’d come back just to try a few more of their mezcal varieties.
Overall, a decent place to try more authentic Mexican dishes.The dishes packed a lot of flavour. Only slight issue was that the seabass wasn't freshly cooked as it was lukewarm (not hot) when it arrived at the table.The churros were good but not amazingly good.Prices are slightly on the high side, but it is central London.The service from the hosts was excellent but the waiting service was average, they really need to make an effort.Is it worth a try? Went for a meal which was so delicious, service was absolutely amazing, very attentive, polite and looking after us in a very good way. We apparently were waiting longer for some meals- just to add we haven't realised it and honestly it wasn't that long at all therefore we have received extra free tacos treats! What I can say it's a definitely place worth visiting ☺️Dietary restrictions: My friend is vegan with lactose intolerance
